Any time a band can drag the Louisiana bayou out of the muck, dry it off a bit, dust it off and present it to us Northerners, it is always worth a music fan’s time. The Prohibitionists might have had to drag their patch of the bayou through some patches of Southern Blues and Western Rock & Roll in their voyage back to the Queen City, but their journey paid off in spades with a musical gumbo that is an auditory delicacy.
